Bad Day Cures

Everyone has one of those days. You know the ones. Where your whole body is exhausted and your brain hurts and you kind of just want to either curl up in a ball and cry or be alone in a dark room.

Athleisure Time

I have never been a fan of working out. I’m still not really a fan of working out. Sweating, being out of breath, all of that. . .nope nope nope.

The only time I can actually work out is if I go with a partner to a group class or to yoga. If I were to go to the gym by myself, I’d probably just end up walking slowly on the treadmill for thirty minutes while watching an episode of Friends (and not breaking a sweat).

I’ve been getting spoiled with great products lately and sometimes I wonder what I’ve done to deserve it! I will readily admit, I am by no means a beauty guru. I consider myself a curious beauty user, as in, I didn’t go to school for this or spend a lot of time teaching myself & watching tutorials. I literally learn on the fly so my opinions on beauty are those of an average user. So I hope you guys get something out of this!

Book of The Month: May 2017

Something you guys probably didn’t know (or maybe you did??) is that I love to read. In fact, I’m in an informal book club with two of my best friends. We pick a book (everyone gets to choose) and at the beginning of the month, we start to read. Last month, we implemented a rule where we could only read up to a certain chapter each week. I’m a fast reader and if a book is good, I can read the whole thing in one day…which I’ve done so so so many times. I’ll have to admit that I didn’t stick by that rule but I promise to next time.
