If you live in NY and you have an Instagram, then it’s almost impossible to scroll through your feed and not see Cha Cha Matcha’s pink and green aesthetic. It’s a NYC Blogger Favorite and for good reason. Stepping into the cafe and ordering a (matcha) latte makes you feel like you’ve hopped a plane and landed in California.

Life Lessons: Drycleaners Are Your Friend 

When I was but a poor millennial (well, I’m still a poor millennial), sending my clothes to the drycleaners felt ridiculous. I always grew up with a washer/dryer and I still currently have one in my apartment, so I always poo-poo’ed at the notion of paying someone to wash my clothes when I could do it myself.

Trying Not To Care About Instagram

I’ve been having this struggle lately about Instagram. If any of you are bloggers, I assume you are as well.

When I first started on the app, I used it like an average person. . .posting heavily filtered selfies, food shots or anything I found interesting at that time. There were no planned layouts or color schemes or extreme hashtagging. It was just what I found interesting at that particular moment in time.

Millennial Pink

Millennial Pink is here and it’s here to stay.

Interestingly enough, when I was younger, I hated the color pink. I refused to wear it because I thought it was incredibly girly and I happily thought of myself as a tomboy. If I absolutely had to wear pink, it wouldn’t be a pastel pink. . .oh no. If I had to wear pink, it was a bright or neon pink, anything to differentiate myself from anything truly feminine.
